After completing installation, players in the server can use MyCompany.
To found a company, the player should execute command /myc, select Found a company and enter the name of the company.
For the founding cost, which can be set in config.yml, player needs to pay to found a company.
After that, the company is founded, and receives the start-up funds.

Tips

Increasing the start-up funds can be the way to decrease final funding cost.
With that you don't need to reduce the cost.
The final cost = funding cost - start-up funds

Being as an employer

After founding a company, the player has become the employer of the company.
The employer has all permissions of access to the company in different fields.
What can the employer do:

• add, remove, give permission to, set label of and manage employees' position, see Position
• set salary of position, see Company funds
