Download the latest MyVillager.jar on Modrinth or SpigotMC
Stop your server
Move the file into the your plugins folder of the server directory.
Start your server. MyVillager will be enabled during the start-up.
Execute command /myvillager to check if the plugin is successfully loaded and enabled.
