Introduction

Each company needs to pay salary for their employees and pay the taxes every day. If the company has negative or zero number of money, salary payment and taxes will be stopped.
Employees should earn income for company through creating chest shops and completing employee orders.
You can add company income through command, and use it with other plugins, like quest rewards or kit rewards.

Salary Set

If employers wants to set the salary, they can execute command /myc position setsalary <position> <amount>

Salary Payment

The salary that should be paid to every member in the company should be Salary set by employer PLUS "Government" sponsorship.

company-funds:

  # Only employer and all the other employees can be sponsored. (Because company can customize the positions)

For example, the salary of employer is 5000.0, and the sponorship is 1350.0.
The final salary paid to employer should be 6350.0.

Taxes handling

Each company needs to pay taxes each day.
There are 3 types of fee/taxes:

Management Fee

taxed amount is fixed in config
each company needs to pay

Property Tax

based on the cash of company
tax rate is increased by the amount of money
default tax rate below minimum phase
small company can have lower tax rate, while large company have more
fully configurable

Income Tax

based on the daily income of the company
tax rate is increased by the amount of daily income
default tax rate below minimum phase
small company can have lower tax rate, while large company have more
fully configurable
